General Therapy

Basic Practice Information:

We all want to work to be our happiest and most true selves. Embracing who we are is paramount to inner happiness and peace. Through compassionate therapy, I can help you achieve healthy personal growth and work to overcome unwanted habits, patterns and learned ways of being that aren’t serving you well. Sometimes past hurt, trauma or difficult events change how we feel about ourselves and how we perceive others. Together, we can work towards understanding the underlying causes behind behaviors and emotions and work towards solutions. Then we can work together to help you build new skills and gain tools to create a life that feels joyful and right for you!

As a therapist, I have worked with a wide variety of common issues that many of us face throughout our lives. I have experience working with anxiety and depression, whether it is mild and new or a continuous, long-term struggle. I can work with you on a broad range of issues to help root out the origins of the struggles as well as provide tools for symptom relief.
